Who it is for

Organisations that already use, or are thinking about using, IT support and media production, and want them to work together instead of in separate corners. This is a short conversation page, not a separate product: it sits on top of the two tracks.

  I use AI-assisted research and ideas, with human editorial judgment throughout.

• Routine checks that run on their own

  I have run automation checks in restaurant accounting software and worked with a programmer when a check needed review. The same careful habit applies to other repeating work.

• How-to material that is written and produced

  My degree is in technical communication, and I have written reusable step-by-step documentation. I can also film and edit it, so a guide can be both a document and a short video.
